Rules & Regulations
You must be the parent or legal guardian of contestant being entered in our photo contest. You must be 18 years old to enter a contestant. Contestants must be within age category to qualify at time of contest. We do not accept pictures that depict violence, lude acts or endangerment of a child. Professional/copyrighted photos are welcome for judging, however copyrighted photos can not be used in advertising if contestant should be named a winner. We are not responsible for the photos you choose to send to us. We suggest reading our photo submission suggestions to maximize your chance of winning. Contestants can send up to 3 photos to be judged per contest. Contestants will solely be based on the official photo entries sent to us. All applicants are considered for the contest in which they enter. There will be 1 Grand Prize winner and 2 Runners Up for the quarterly contest. Top 5 placement will be added to the voting page for one week of public voting. All winners chosen are final, unless we find the winner invalid for any reason we feel violated contest rules. In which case the 1st runner up will be named the Grand Prize winner. In the case of a tie, winners will split prize money. If the prize isn't a cash reward, a substitution prize will given to the tied winners. On occasion we will have specialized monthly catgeory contests. The same rules will apply, unless otherwise noted. Prizes for monthly categories are usually donated and will be awarded by a third party. We are not responsible for those prizes, once it is awarded. Prizes are accepted at your own discretion. We will not be responsible for donated prizes. Winners will be notified email of their winnings. Prizes not claimed within 30 days of notification are forfeit. Prizes awarded will be chosen by the owners of www.myadorablesmile.com. Winners can not win in the same category more than once within 2 a two year period. Please be sure to add info@myadorablesmile.com to your allowed email list. The judges chosen are unbiased to all contestants. To maintain fairness, we also have the public vote on the final winners. Our voting system allows one vote per person. Vote tampering will results in loss of invalid votes cast and/or disqualification of contestant. Photos mailed in will be returned if and only if the applicant mails in a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope. All Photos will be returned after the judges chose the Top 5. Top 5 will be kept until the top 3 winenrs are chosen. Grand Prize winner's picture may be kept for advertising purposes. Refunds are offered at our discretion and are not guaranteed. Once judging begins, refunds will not be given. We accept all major credit cards accepted through Paypal. Do not send sensitive credit card info through the mail. Credit Cards can only be accepted online via a secure Paypal page. You DO NOT need a paypal account to make this payment. We also accept e-checks through Paypal ONLY. Entries made through the mail can be paid with a money order. All mail-in applicants and e-check applicants must wait until funds are cleared/deposited in account before application can be processed. We are not responsble for applications lost throught the US mail system. Please include a valid email address. We will inform you via email once we have received your application. All mail-in applications must include application, photo/s, payment and SASE to cover photo return. We respect your privacy and promise not to sell or
rent your personal information to a third party. All personal information
is kept confidential. We do not keep records of your personal
information*. Voting Ends on the date specified at 12 midnight EST or if at the specified time. All photos entered can be used for advertising purposes. We will only use photos in Family Friendly websites or on MyAdorableSmile.com. You will be notified by mail if we intend to use your child's photo for any advertising. Payment will not be rendered for using photos for advertisement purposes. My Adorable Smile.com does not take payments from third party advertisers. If a third party advertiser is paying for a service, the payment will then be given to the parent or guardian. Please add info@myadorablesmile.com to your allowed list. We reserve the right to add or change these rules as we deem appropriate. Sending in an online or mail-in application, binds you to the rules.
