Frequently Asked Questions 1. How much is the cost of each contest? The General Contest is $9.95. 2.  How do I submit my photos? You can enter up to 3 photos.  You can upload 1 photo through our online application or email them to us.  Please be sure to include the child's name and the aprant's full name that was used for the application.  Photos emailed or mailed to us without application and payment and void and not eligible. You can email photos to cs @ myadorablesmile.com.  (please remove spaces before and after the @ sign.) 3. What forms of payment do you accept? You can pay with any major credit card, Paypal or E-Check using the on-line application.  If you choose to mail in your application, we only accept Money Orders.  Sorry, we DO NOT accept checks.  You DO NOT have to be a Paypal member to pay through Paypal. 4. How are winners chosen? We 1st give all entries to a specific group of non-biased judges.  These judges are not trained modeling professionals.  They choose the Top 5 in each category.  We then place the Top 5 finalists on-line for public judging.  The final winners are based on highest number of votes received.  The Top 5 will be placed on-line for voting the last week of each month. 5. What prizes are given? Prizes change every quarter.  Some prizes are donated by our sponsors.  Prizes may include Cash, gift certificates and more. 6. Do you offer refunds? Refunds can not be given. 7. Do you have specials? Join our mailing lists and be alerted of special contest categories and specials being offered.  You can also see our current specials by visiting the specials page . 8. Will I receive my pictures back, once mailed? Winners pictures may be kept for advertising purposes.  All others will have photos returned as long as they send in a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with their application, photo and payment. 9. I am having trouble making a payment, what do I do? You can send a payment via paypal to email address simplysinful@optonline.net, send us your paypal address and we can invoice your or send a money order to the address listed on the application page. Remember if you use the paypage you do not need to have a Paypal account. After adding the category to your cart, proceed to checkout and scroll down past the Paypal Login area and click continue. This will take you to the credit card area for payment. I sent in my application, but haven't paid, how do I pay without resubmitting my application.? Payments can be made via our paypage -www.myadorablesmile.com/paypage.html or send payments via paypal to cs @ myadorablesmile.com  (please remove the spaces).  Money orders can also be mailed in.
